When the completed form is sent in, which must include your email address, you will receive within one business day a return email with the following information: a UBS referral number that identifies you as a UBS member to access the UBS program an official UBS Purchase Certificate with the name(s) of the UBS authorized sales representatives to provide you with the UBS pre-negotiated discount and service name of the UBS authorized dealership in your area for that make and manufacturer a mailing will also be sent to you, with the dealership and sales representative information, as well as a Customer Comment Card, so you can let us know about your satisfaction and buying experience
